Food and Drink

Over the years, food and drink has played an increasingly important role in the flower show. We know that our visitors enjoy it, which is why we have now developed the edible element into a festival in its own right - The North West Food Festival is part of this year's show.

So what can you expect? You'll be spoilt for choice with a varied programme of demonstrations from experts and professionals. You can also sample and buy produce from the 50 or so gourmet producers who exhibit here. The bustling food marquee will include a full working kitchen where celebrity and professional chefs will demonstrate their skills and show you how they make their signature dishes. We are working hard on our programme, chefs demonstrations will be detailed shortly.
