Charities

In line with company policy, there will be three charity trade stands available each year.

Due to the high level of demand for a charity trade stand, it is impossible to accommodate everyone. Therefore, in order to give everyone an equal chance of being allocated a charity stand, the closing date for such applications is 31st March 2009.

The successful charities will be notified and all trade stands will be paid at full value less 10% discount. These stands are allocated on the condition that you are raising awareness and selling merchandise in relation to your own organisation only. You MUST NOT include any kind of raffle, tombola, or monetry collections.
